Leila Mesdour is Partner of Lemoine & Lefebvre, LLP. She graduated with honors from Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France with two Bachelor’s Degrees in Law and Foreign Studies Applied to Business and Marketing.
She then spent a year studying abroad at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Economic Law. She also graduated from Université Jean Moulin in Lyon with honors with a Masters Degree in International and European Business Law. Leila completed several internships as an in-house counsel and a Trainee Attorney at French, British and U.S. Law Firms in France and in the US.
Leila’s recent work has included advising European and U.S. companies on international commercial agreements. She also has experience advising on issues involving cross-border transactions and foreign investments regulations, and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts in both French and English.
She graduated from Lyon’s Ecole des Avocats in 2012. As a lawyer admitted to the French Bar, Leila took the lawyer’s oath at the Lyon Court of Appeal in December 2012. Leila also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Jean Moulin University in Lyon where she taught International Private Law and Property Law to postgraduate students.
